Refund policy

*I really want you to be happy with your purchase. I do my best to describe the items as accurately as possible and pack your order with much care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you received, please contact me for an exchange or a refund under the following conditions:

*If you change your mind about an undamaged item and wish to return it, you, the buyer, will be responsible for the return shipping fees. You will be refunded the purchase price, minus shipping charges (please note that although I ship orders over $35 at no charge to you, I do have to pay for a shipping label for every package I send out, and in the case of returns of undamaged items, the amount I paid for the shipping label to initially send your order will be deducted from your refund). 

*Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition.

*In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, I'll request pictures of the damage and will work out a solution with you, you can either return it or I'll replace it, at my expense. But always: please contact me! I love my customers and will do my best for you to be happy with the transaction.

Non-returnable items:

*T-Shirts and Mugs, unless there's a printing defect or they arrive damaged. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering t-shirts!

*Large size prints that ship from my printer partner in California (unless they arrive damaged).

* Downloadable items

* Original artwork (unless the piece was damaged during shipment).

* Sale items (if applicable).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

*For all return reasons other than returns due to defects or errors on my part, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you won't be refunded for the shipping you paid when you initially placed your order. If your order was over $35 and shipped for free, the cost to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount (this amount can range from $3.50 to $13, depending on the size and weight of your order)

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
